Kumite 1

Attacker and Defender both start in a left stance.

Attacker:    Step in with a right middle punch.

Defender:   Sidestep back with a palm heel and right wauke and counter with a side snap kick

Attacker:    Step in with a left middle punch.

Defender:   sidestep back with a palm heel and left wauke and counter with a side snap kick

Coming back the opposite way

Attacker:    step in with a right middle punch.

Defender:   sidestep back with a palm heel and right wauke and counter with a side snap kick

Attacker:    step in with a left middle punch.

Defender:   sidestep back with a palm heel and left wauke and counter with a side snap kick

Coming back the opposite way

Attacker:    step in with a right middle punch.

Defender:   sidestep back with a palm heel and right wauke and counter with a left nukite

Attacker:    step in with a left middle punch.

Defender:   step back with a right palm heel and counter with a left shoken

Coming back the opposite way

Attacker:    step in with a right middle punch.

Defender:   step back with a double kakeuke

Attacker:    step in with a left middle punch.

Defender:   step back leaving the left kakeuke in place, block with a right kakeuke, then control attackers left arm, and counter with a right back fist to the face.

Coming back the opposite way

Attacker:    step in with a left middle punch.

Defender:   step back with a double shuto

Attacker:    step in with a left middle punch.

Defender:   step back leaving the left shuto in place, block with a right shuto, then control attackers left arm, and counter by following up the attackers arm with a right boshiken to the face.
