  • Schedule a time in your day for some practice.  Even if it is only 15 minutes.

  • Write it down on your schedule or post it on a note to yourself or post it on your computer.

  • This will usually increase to more time once you start.

  • I have found that these practice sessions by myself are when the "breakthroughs" happen.

  • A little more light of understanding is very exciting. You never know what or when it will be.

  • Do this for your growth, stick to it.

  • It is very important!
